I graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in IT, which probably makes you wonder how I ended up working in health insurance. Well, my wife didn’t want to move out of the area, which made finding the right technology opportunity locally difficult. So, when I was asked the now-famous question, “Do you want to get licensed for health insurance? I’ll pay for it,” I said yes. And here we are.

Today, I work with individuals and retirees across Northeast Ohio to help them understand their healthcare and retirement decisions with clarity and confidence.

Education has always been important to me, so I take a very education-based approach to health insurance. This means that the initial focus is on educating people about the fundamentals of health insurance, Medicare, and retirement-related coverage decisions, before we begin discussing specific plans, premiums, or timelines. Without a strong foundational base of knowledge, how can you hope to make a well-informed decision?

I am also a Registered Social Security Analyst, which allows me to provide personalized analysis and strategies for optimizing Social Security benefits for individuals approaching retirement, helping align their healthcare, Medicare, and income decisions.

I work closely with individuals throughout Northeast Ohio to provide education-focused Medicare guidance and retirement transition support, helping clients make confident long-term healthcare decisions.

My goal is always to ensure that the people I serve feel informed, prepared, and confident as they move into the next stage of retirement and healthcare planning.
